2. Service

Earn.pe works by sharing its deals and offers mentioned on its website with its users, who can further share the same with their contacts on any social media platform or via email. Once the end-user or receiver uses these deals and offers to shop, you earn your commission.

3. Creating an account

Account opening with earn.pe is limited to Indian citizens only, and you also need to be of legal age of 18 years and above. The payment through commissions is paid in the currency of the Indian Rupee. One person can hold only one earn.pe account at a time.

Changes in your earn.pe account name and email address are not permitted due to security reasons. Hence please double-check all your credentials and ensure their accuracy before filling in your details while registering with earn.pe. This data includes your name, email address, and other relevant Information. Please ensure you have regular access to your emails as this is the primary mode of communication with you.

Please note that the users cannot post earn.pe links to run ads on social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram as this is prohibited.

4. Cancellation/termination of the account

Earn.pe reserves the right to terminate an account without notice in case of any misconduct on the part of the user. Any fraudulent transactions or abusive, unfair, and unprofessional behavior calls for the termination of an account.

Any paid promotion activity was done using earn.pe website links also call for the termination of an account. We also reserve the right to deny membership to anybody.

5. Commission

As a part of earn.pe’s user, you can earn a commission if the end-user purchases by using the deal. The commission is given only on legitimate purchases that have been verified by the sellers. After the transaction is successfully tracked, earn.pe receives the commission, and this is directly transferred to you.

If for some reason, the transaction is not tracked and monitored and certain conditions are not met, we may not be able to credit commissions in this scenario, and the user cannot hold us liable during this situation. It is the retailers and sellers who determine the authenticity of transactions and use their benchmarks.

At the same time, earn.pe will constantly strive to recover non-payments and missing commissions from its vendors to users’ benefit. In case of a genuine transaction not getting its commission, you can always file a contact with our customer service. However, we retain the right to discontinue pursuing your commission anytime, and our decision will be final.

Earn.pe will forfeit commission in the following circumstances.

A) if the user has not signed in to earn.pe, we get an unaccounted commission credit that is not linked to any account.

B) if a terminated account earns a commission.

5.1 Unique referral fee

Our users can participate in the unique referral program wherein they can earn an extra 10% when they can get another person to sign up for the program through their profits, as long as they remain members.

6. Payments

A member is entitled to earn a commission on the successful completion of a genuine transaction. Earn.pe then passes the profit to the Member through his/her Profit Receipt Method.

There can be several instances where the transactions with the retailer may not constitute it to be a qualified transaction, and users are supposed to take note that all transactions made by him/her are not with us but with the individual retailer. You can refer to our help pages to understand more about these circumstances. Users should also note that retailers can change their profit or commission percentage according to their needs. In such cases, earn.pe is not liable to pay you the difference amount.

Once a qualified transaction is done, your account will be noted as ‘pending’. Once the retailer confirms this transaction, the payment will be marked as validated and credited to your account. This can take up to 90 days or more from the date of purchase. If the sale is returned and the transaction is reversed, this commission will not be paid.

We have the right to reclaim or make adjustments to the balance if we find that some commission has been done in error. This includes transactions that are marked payable or already paid. Earn.pe retains the right to legally recover the extra paid amounts through legal proceedings.

7. Privacy Policy

Our privacy policy encompasses the usage of Information. What kind of Information, how we use it, and other important details are mentioned in detail in it. By agreeing to it, you give us the right to use your Information following our terms.

8. Copyrights and Intellectual property

All data that is our name, logo, and services are protected through copyrights. No one can duplicate, reproduce, or distribute this site or any part of it without our permission. All copyrights, trademarks, and intellectual property rights associated with earn.pe is solely owned by earn.pe

9. Our role

This sole role of earn.pe is to link you to the retailers. We are not a part of the transactions you conduct with the retailer’s websites. Earn.pe is thus exempt from any legal charges or any duty or legal duties imposed on the sellers of such products and services.

We also do not take responsibility for the quality, safety, and legality of the services or products supplied by the vendors, and also for the delivery of the products will be exactly as advertised by them.

10. Unauthorized Use of our Website

Misconduct of website information or any unauthorized use of our website will strictly result in the termination of the account of the user.

Using any misleading information to gain commission will be dealt with severity. Meddling with the website links and URLs for personal gains, email cloaking, running automated scripts, and any similar activity will result in the termination of an account.

Further, users are also required to be responsible while sharing data and not include any defamatory, derogatory, or abusive content.

11. Liability

Earn.pe will be liable only till the extent specified in this agreement. It will also be exempt from any other obligation. It is also not liable to vendors or users concerning the content provided by the users. Users are also completely responsible for preserving the secrecy of their passwords and earn.pe cannot be responsible for the theft of passwords and the aftermath of the same.

12. Indemnification

Once a user signs up with earn.pe, they agree to indemnify earn.pe against any liability, loss, claim, damage, or expense that might occur. This includes any breach of the terms and conditions specified here.

13. Modification of terms and conditions

Earn.pe reserves all the rights to amend its terms and conditions at any given time according to its needs and preferences without giving prior notice of the same. However, users will be informed about these changes and be informed about when the revised Terms of Service will go into effect no later than -XX- days.

14. Inactive Accounts

Inactive accounts are accounts that have had no activity during the previous -XX- months. We reserve the right to close these inactive accounts

15. Linking

Earn.pe is not responsible for the links of additional websites found on it. Users may read through the terms and conditions of respective websites for the usage of their links. Also, any query related to these additional links will be addressed to their respective websites.

16. Termination of Program

Earn.pe reserves the right to partly or completely terminate the program without providing prior notice to the users. in the event of termination of a part or entire program, users will be given xx number of days to process their earnings.

17. Virus Disclaimer

Earn.pe strives to check the quality of all the links uploaded on its website but it takes no guarantee the same in case of any loss occurring to your system through virus attacks.

18. Law

It should be noted that all our terms and conditions are drafted by the guidelines of Indian law, and hence any dispute arising out of this agreement is subjected to the exclusive jurisdiction of xx court.

19. Keeping this Agreement

It is understood that this agreement applies to all its users and is available on our website for your reference. It is advised that the users maintain a downloaded copy of the same on their system as well.

20. Assignments

It is deemed that once the user signs up with earn.pe, it is a one-on-one contract that is non-transferable. This implies you cannot delegate your responsibilities, privileges, and rights to any third party. This further implies that the commission earned by you is also non-transferable unless specified by earn.pe. If the above action is performed, it results in a breach of terms and conditions and may result in the termination of the account.
