Depending on use of the Platform, EarnPe may process name, email, phone number, account identifiers, demographic information where collected, payment/bank details, transaction information, referral and campaign data, clicks, conversions, attribution data, IP address, device/browser information, cookies and similar identifiers, security logs and support communications.
3. Sources
Data may be received directly from users, automatically through Platform use, through cookies or similar technologies, from retailers/advertisers and affiliate partners for attribution and transaction validation, and from service providers acting on EarnPe's behalf.
4. Purposes
EarnPe may process data for account administration, affiliate attribution, tracking clicks/referrals/conversions, calculating commissions, validating transactions, fraud prevention, campaign compliance, detecting prohibited traffic, security, customer support, communications, analytics, legal compliance, accounting, dispute resolution and protection of EarnPe's rights.
5. Cookies and Attribution
EarnPe may use cookies, pixels, local storage, server-side events, referral identifiers, sub-identifiers and similar technologies to remember sessions, attribute referrals, measure campaign performance, recognise qualifying transactions and protect affiliate-system integrity. Where consent is legally required, appropriate consent mechanisms should be used.
6. Sharing
EarnPe may share reasonably necessary information with retailers, advertisers, affiliate partners, payment providers, technology/service providers, analytics/security providers, professional advisers and competent authorities where permitted or required by law. Transaction or attribution data may be shared with a retailer/advertiser to confirm qualifying activity.
7. Service Providers
Third-party processors/service providers may process data for hosting, security, analytics, communications, payments and other authorised functions under appropriate contractual and technical safeguards.
8. Security
EarnPe should maintain reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the nature and risk of personal data, including access controls, authentication, encryption where appropriate, logging, backups and monitoring.

Personal data should be retained only as reasonably necessary for the stated purposes, transaction reconciliation, commission validation, fraud prevention, legal/tax/accounting obligations and dispute resolution. EarnPe should maintain an internal retention schedule by data category.

Subject to applicable law and the relevant statutory commencement dates, individuals may have rights concerning access, correction, erasure, withdrawal of consent and grievance redressal. EarnPe may verify identity and may retain limited information where legally necessary.

EarnPe should not knowingly process children's personal data except in accordance with applicable law and required safeguards. Registration and campaign eligibility rules should be consistent with this policy.
12. International Processing
Where data is processed or accessed outside India, EarnPe will apply safeguards and requirements required by applicable law.
